Following your purchase, you will receive your gift link(s) via email from our support team within 24-48 hours. You will send each gift link to the gift recipient of your choice.
You can simply copy and paste the link into an email for your recipient, or into an e-card if that's your preference. Or, print your own card or letter at home containing the link with the code - it's up to you!
Your gift recipient will then click on their gift link, and will then follow the short instructions required to access their 30-Day Challenge gift.
