Holden QiGong Workshops are a deeper dive into a specific topic. More than just a routine, workshops lead students through a full-fledged experience where Lee provides a much deeper understanding of the specific principles of each workshop's topic, they run 2.5-3 hours. Our workshops are offered virtually, so if you're unable to attend the live event, don't worry!
Workshop Replays and Previous Workshops
All of our live workshops are recorded. Workshop replays are loaded into each participant's account approximately 4 days following the live event.
If you are purchasing a previous workshop from our online store, it will be loaded into your student account immediately following your purchase.
