While this is an unusual incident, usually our emails arrive successfully into students' inboxes, we recommend checking your Spam/Junk folder, just in case the email ended up there by accident. If it did, please mark the email as "not junk", and add our email to your contact list. Sometimes emails get lost in cyberspace.

You can always login to your account and access your videos there:
- Go to https://www.holdenqigong.com/
- Choose Student Login in top navigation. Use the email and password you used when you registered.
- On the introductory page, choose the 30-Day Challenge
- At the Welcome Page, on the top right, click on All Lessons
- On the Your Course Progress page, the videos that have been unlocked so far will have a green checkmark next to them. The locked videos will have a grey lock symbol. (Videos are unlocked one day at a time).
- Choose any of the grey panels to reveal the video titles.
- Choose the Day to open up the page with the video.
